From dealing with Robert M to Eric (the driver) it was an excellent move. I am ex-military and have been involved with several moves throughout Canada and this is the first major move that I coordinated. No matter the issue or time of day Robert always responded to my calls or emails quickly and kept us informed of any issues with the move. And with Eric, things just got better. He handled the move in a very professional manner ensuring that we were aware of timings from pick up to delivery and he met those timings. All items were received in good order with no damage or missing. Cannot speak for the rest of the organization, but any move that would involve these two gentlemen is sure to go smooth. After conducting extensive research into moving companies, it was evident that we chose correctly.
